The firm focuses on connecting systems and providing solutions within the realm of all HRIS to optimize human resources management, payroll, product set up and configuration, additional trainings and more. We have 26 collective years of experience implementing clients of different industries and working within the system. All of our support partners specializing in HR, payroll, and legal have over eight years of hands-on experience with the Paycom system. Marissa and the team have spent the past eight years building these strong relationships with the team by guiding them through their own Paycom implementations at one time and providing comprehensive training from start to finish. Having personally navigated the challenges of implementation from the customer’s perspective from implementation to long term, they bring invaluable insight and expertise to every engagement.

With a track record of successfully implementing over 200 Paycom clients, and 30 million dollars in revenue she brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven ability to manage complex transitions and product set ups with precision and efficiency.
Her extensive experience spans across multiple industries, equipping them with a unique perspective and the adaptability needed to address the varied needs of clients from different sectors. Her role involved not only the technical aspects of system implementation but also a strong focus on understanding client requirements, customizing solutions, and ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows.

Jason Sininger-Word is an accomplished human resources leader with over eight years of experience as the head of HR, overseeing compliance, risk mitigation, payroll administration, benefits management, workers’ compensation, employee relations, training and development, investigations, unemployment claims, conflict resolution, performance management, and workforce planning. Serving as Vice President of Human Resources for a hospitality group operating multiple units across multiple states, he has developed and implemented strategic human resource initiatives that drive organizational success while ensuring compliance with complex state and federal regulations.
Throughout his career, Jason has led initiatives that have significantly reduced workers’ compensation claims, litigation, and experience modification rates, strengthening workplace safety and cost efficiency. By implementing proactive compliance measures, he has also helped reduce wage and hour litigation while fostering a culture of accountability and adherence to employment laws. Additionally, his focus on employee engagement programs has led to measurable improvements in retention, creating a more stable and motivated workforce.
Jason holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from New York University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from California State University, Sacramento. Meghan is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. She is responsible for implementing human resource management strategies that enable Arch Telecom to recruit, train and retain a high performing and motivated workforce.
Meghan specializes in talent management, performance management, recruiting, employee benefits, employee/labor relations, and learning and development. Her industry experience spans the hospitality, healthcare, medical device, and telecommunications arenas. She is a collaborative leader who works closely with cross functional teams to continue to improve results across the company. Meghan holds a BA in Communication Arts from California Lutheran University.

Our Payroll professional has over 20 years of progressive experience and consistent success processing, implementing, and managing payroll and payroll systems.
Over the past two decades, she has held various operational and leadership roles covering a wide range of industries. She has been responsible for managing payroll, tax compliance, platform implementations, audits and time & attendance projects. She has served on numerous project steering committees, as well as held roles of project lead and functional consultant.
Responsibilities have included management of end-to-end multi-state payroll processing for companies ranging in size from 500-5000. Also additional responsibilities include team operations, employee support, as well as year-end compliance and processing. She continuously keeps up to date with current payroll events via her membership to the American Payroll Association (APA) as well as the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) testing spring 2025 and has held her Payroll Practice and Management certification since 2015.
